  • How do I setup a new account?
    • If you have ordered supplies from CRL previously, your account has already been established. Click here to request a password using your email.
      If you have not previously ordered supplies through CRL, please click here to contact our support team to request a new account.
  • How do I order a CCF for a sub account not listed?
    • Click here for step-by-step instructions or here for a video tutorial.
  • How do I add a new user to my account?
    • Please click here to contact our support team to request a new account. Please include the first name, last name, and the email address of the new user.
  • How do I reset my password?
    • Click here to reset your password.
  • How do I order supplies that aren't listed for my account?
    • Please contact your account executive for pricing and availability.
  • How do I order multiple types of forms or multiple sub accounts on the same order?
    • Step 1 - After you place your first form to the shopping cart, click on "CCF Reorder Form" at the top of the page, and enter any additional sub account order forms you need.

      Step 2 - Once you have added your items to the shopping cart, click "Checkout" to complete the ordering process.
